These Regulations came fully into force on 1 March 1972 and apply to Northern Ireland only.
They deal with the safety, health and welfare of those employed in the construction and repair of ships and vessels and revoke and replace the Shipbuilding Special Regulations (Northern Ireland) SR 1948/295.
