Quarries (Explosives) Regulations (Northern Ireland) SR 2006/204

These Regulations came into force on 1 August 2006 and apply to Northern Ireland only.

They set out the duties of various people working in a quarry in relation to explosives.

Definitions

In the context of these Regulations:

"Operator" means the person in overall control of the working of the quarry.
