Aggregates Levy (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations SI 2001/4027

These Regulations came into force on 11 January 2002 and apply to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
They are made in accordance with the Finance Act 2001, and make provisions with regard to registration with Customs and Excise, for the Aggregates Levy.
